What exactly does Commerslab do?
Commerslab is a technology agency offering e-commerce solutions, custom software development and corporate web solutions. We provide Shopify store setup, Shopify app development, e-commerce consulting, marketplace management, system integrations, data migration, custom web/desktop/mobile software, AI automation and corporate website build & management services.
How are projects priced?
Every project is priced by scope; we don't work from a package price list. After the discovery call we prepare a proposal that itemises scope, timeline and cost. If a request falls outside scope after the proposal is accepted, we discuss it separately and in advance.
What are your payment terms?
Projects usually run on a staged payment plan: at kickoff, at an interim delivery and at launch. For longer projects, a payment model tied to monthly progress can also be applied.
Is the first call paid?
No. The first discovery call is free. In it we listen to where you stand today and clarify together what the need really is. Even if we don't work together, you're left with a clear assessment.
Can I get just a single service?
Of course. Our services can be delivered independently of one another. We work on just a shipping integration, just a migration or just marketplace management, too.
Who keeps the source code and account access?
Ownership of all source code, domain, hosting and platform accounts belongs to the client. We don't keep any access under lock; a partnership should be a choice, not an obligation.
Do you provide support after the project ends?
Yes. We have monthly maintenance, development, marketplace-operations and content-management packages. Depending on your needs, a support agreement covering emergency intervention only can also be arranged.
How soon do you start?
The discovery and planning phase usually begins within 1–2 weeks of signing. For urgent needs we can prioritise; we share the schedule clearly during the call.
Do you work with brands selling internationally?
Yes. We're experienced in multi-language and multi-currency store setups, international shipping and payment integrations, and selling on channels like Amazon global.
How do you handle data protection and security?
In every system we build, KVKK (Turkish data-protection) compliance, data encryption, secure authentication and permission management are standard practice. In projects processing sensitive data, the scope is documented from the outset.
Can you take over from our current agency?
Yes. On projects we take over, we first audit the code, infrastructure and integrations and report the technical debt and risks. We then proceed with an improvement plan.
Which cities do you serve?
We work remotely across Turkey and internationally. When needed, our teams travel for on-site meetings and field analysis.
