Why Commerslab

We deliver working systems, not slide decks

One owner, the whole scope

Design, development, integration and operations aren't scattered across separate vendors. When something goes wrong, no one says "that's not our job" — same team, same schedule, one point of accountability.

A platform-agnostic view

We don't sell every brand the same solution. Sometimes the right answer is Shopify, sometimes custom software, sometimes simply integrating your existing systems properly. During discovery we tell you plainly which path reaches the goal at the lowest cost.

Working to measurable goals

At the start of a project we set targets for metrics like page speed, conversion rate, order processing time and stock accuracy. After handover we report on those metrics; success rests on numbers, not opinions.

With you after launch, too

E-commerce doesn't end when it goes live — that's where it really begins. We offer ongoing support packages for maintenance, development, campaign-season readiness and marketplace operations. Through peak seasons, system monitoring never stops.

The technical architecture, timeline and budget take shape. Every deliverable gets a date and an owner.

03

Development

We move forward with weekly demos. No surprises saved for the end; you see every step with us.

04

Launch & Growth

Go-live, measurement and improvement. Once the system is running, we keep tracking the numbers.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

What services does Commerslab offer?

Commerslab works across three main areas: e-commerce solutions (Shopify store setup, Shopify app development, e-commerce consulting, marketplace management, system integrations, data migration), custom software development (web, desktop, mobile and AI automation), and corporate website build and management. Every project is delivered by a single team, to the same standards.

How long does it take to launch a Shopify store?

It depends on product count, integration needs and design scope, but a standard setup is usually ready to launch within 3–6 weeks. For projects that require marketplace integrations, an ERP connection or a custom app, the timeline is defined together with the scope.

Can you migrate my existing store from another platform?

Yes. When moving from WooCommerce, Magento, Ticimax, İdeasoft, OpenCart or custom platforms to Shopify, we migrate products, variants, customers, orders and SEO data in full. A 301 redirect plan keeps your search engine rankings intact.

Do you provide support after launch?

Yes. Projects don't end at handover; with monthly maintenance, development and marketplace operations packages we continuously monitor and improve the system's performance.

How is pricing determined?

Every project is priced by scope. In the first call we clarify the need and prepare a proposal that itemises scope, timeline and cost — with no surprise extras.
